BLESS•The Feminine at the Union Yoga Centre
Inter-community arts show at the Cabbagetown Festival
With the intention of identifying and celebrating The Feminine in juxtaposition with creativity, health and movement, painter Deborah Barnett and The Union Yoga Center present a 2-day multi-disciplinary art show experience, on Saturday and Sunday, 6 and 7 September, at The Union Yoga Center, on Carlton near Parliament Street in Toronto.
Artist's Statement
BLESS • The Feminine
I am interested in identifying the feminine, celebrating and imbibing it, in a set of multi-sensory art show experiences, with the purpose of underlining the importance of the feminine as the next primary filter for observing, guiding and appreciating – a key for participating fully in – the future.
